When a tiny mouse (only the size of a walnut!) is knocked over by a flying envelope, he is shocked but then pleasantly surprised. After all, it’s cold with snow all around, and the envelope would make a nice place to snuggle into.

But wait! This isn’t just any envelope. It’s addressed to Father Christmas at the North Pole. This is a child’s wish list for Christmas! Winston (the tiny mouse) decides to pop it in the very next postbox he sees, so the child can wake up on Christmas morning to a gift. But wait! It’s Christmas Eve. It’s too late. The child will be so heartbroken.

Winston makes another decision. He will deliver it himself. He just needs to find out where The North Pole is…

And so his adventure begins. The streets are bustling with busy people, frantic shoppers, speeding cars and lots of snow. He encounters many dangers along the way, but makes new friends too – all keen to help.

Will he make it in time to save a child’s Christmas? Will he be able to stay safe amongst boots, high heels, cats, rats and cars?
