Reggie is alone, worrying in her room. She heard girls at school talking about their hair and makeup for an important event at school.

Reggie despaired at her curly red hair. Why couldn’t it be blonde or brown or a normal colour? Why couldn’t it be straighter? Nothing she did to it made any difference. Finally she gives in and goes to talk to her mum.
