Just when Claude and Syd are planning to celebrate their latest mission, news arrives that their comrades in the White Paw Organisation (Dog Spies for CAT) have been captured by the enemy. CAT (Cat Allied Troops) don’t stand a chance of ending the war without them, and their beloved Paris will be captured in no time.

But General Fluffington refuses to send anyone to save their dog friends, so with the help of their engineer mechanic friend Manx, Claude and his fellow agent Yuki have to go against orders. There is only one way to rescue their comrades and its going to be dangerous! Our hero Claude ends up deep in Russia and trust is the only thing he is left with to save many lives as well as his own.

As always, there is lots of clever cat and dog wordplay throughout this new episode in the funny Flying Furballs series. See if you can spot them. Diagrams of secret spy gadgets and planes are also scattered among the pages. Sumptuous black and white drawings of Russian architecture and character antics add even more to this adventure – No. 7 in this series. They just get better and better.
