Everyone in the forest is yawning and ready to sleep. The mice, the hares, the deer and Mama Bear.

But Little Bear isn’t having it. He’s wide awake and keen to play. He asks the mice, the hares and the deer to play, but they are all too tired, and soon Little Bear is too.

Inside this book are cut pages that when turned, reveal the next animal family getting ready for sleep. The story has a relaxing, lulling feeling to it beginning with the smallest animals up to the bear, then as the bear sleeps, the illustrations zoom out to a sleeping forest and star-filled sky. A simple story to sooth littlies at the end of the day.
