Keith the Chihuahua was once the lord of his domain.
Now a black kitten has been added to the house and it has been disastrous for this pampered pooch. (See Keith and the Kitten)
Now the kitten has grown a little, it is even worse in Keith’s wee world.
Their human loves bling – the more glitter the better. So she has gone from just dressing Keith up in little outfits (SO embarrassing!) to matching him to her shiny shoes!
He’s soon zipped up into a new glittery bag, with only his head poking out for all to see. Keith is mortified, but kitten sees it as yet another way to tease him.
But Keith has seen a way to get back at the fluffy laughing black interloper in his home. Keith wasn’t thinking beyond his revenge however, and once again, it backfires.
The 2nd in this funny picture book series about a cranky chihuahua and a smart kitty, Keith goes GLAM shows revenge turning sour again for this pup.
The rhyming text is entertaining and the illustrations are clear and colourful from NZ author and illustrator team, Elaine Bickell and Minky Stapleton.
