Even with less than 10 double spreads, this board book says so much.

The first page shows the love between grandchild and grandfather, with a little hand inside a big one, and an excited, “Hi Pops!”

The 2nd spread has only a large boot and little bare feet behind it, but with the words, “Are you hungry?” there is instantly care on the page. These little feet are following a trusted member of the family.

What follows is a simple adventure in the garden together, collecting what they need. Together they share their kai, and spend time together.

With less than 20 words this board book tells the story of a whole day.
