Nathan’s best friend Simon has Muscular Distrophy. They’ve been best friends since forever and enjoy Dungeons and Dragons gaming and mucking about at school and joking about girls.
See Ya Simon is about their friendship and as he goes into hospital again and again.
Funny, upbeat and totally believable and made me very sad at the end. I enjoyed the characters, especially Simon who made jokes about himself and laughed about everything – making those around him happy and sometimes giving them important things to think about.
