Jenny lives in a nice house with lovely parents and her big brother. She has a good friend at school and a lovely pet dog at home. But as she gets older, Jenny begins to worry. Was she too fat? What if she didn’t pass a school test? Why did Mum and Dad argue? More and more worries begin to grow. She tries talking about it, but ends up feeling silly. Her worries grow, slowly expanding to fill a large bag. No matter how she tries to get rid of the bag, it follows her everywhere.

It is only when she shows her hurt that someone sees the problem and helps her work them out. Some worries are simply squashed, and others set aside for someone else. Others are let out slowly until they shrink into almost nothing.

A fabulous way to approach the ever increasing burden of anxiety in children.
