This tale of terrible ice creams is a little bit magic, and lots of funny. Courageous kids up against an evil villain is always going to be good and when you throw a crazy chicken called Curtis into the mix, you have a hilarious read.

Many children are chronic worriers and Limpet is no different, it even earning him his despised nickname. Standing up for his mum’s dream helps Limpet push his fears aside and confront the villain in their life.

Perfect for early tween/middle-grade readers – with lots of entertaining illustrations sharing the action throughout the story.
