There is a tiny woman, and she decides she needs a coat.

“Where will I get the cloth?” she asks a snail.

The trees come to her aid, offering their Autumn leaves.

Now she needs scissors, a needle and more to complete her coat.

Luckily she has friends who will help, offering what they can.

Finally she has all she needs, and just in time too! A storm has arrived.

A gorgeous little hardback both in illustration and text. The illustration tells another story as the tiny woman gathers what she needs from her friends. On each page is a clue for the reader. Who might come to her aid next?

The repetition and rhyme will also charm little ones.

With themes of helping out, asking for help, sharing, recycling, and sustainability, this is a wee kiwi gem.
